Tell us what happened

To help us understand an issue, please include:

• Your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The error message, if one appeared.

A screenshot can help, but please remove private photos and personal information before sending it. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment card details.

Photos access

You can review or change the app’s photo access in your iPhone’s Settings, under Privacy & Security → Photos → MochiPie Studio.

Privacy & data requests

For questions about your data or a deletion request, email the support address above. Describe your request without attaching private photos.
